Order terms

1. Provider and scope

2. Ordering and conclusion of contract

The menu on the website is not yet a binding offer. By clicking “Place binding order” you submit a binding offer. The contract is concluded as soon as we show your pickup code on the order status page; the order then goes straight into preparation. If an order is exceptionally not possible (e.g. when we are very busy), we will call you and cancel it.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are final prices in euros including statutory VAT; drinks may carry a deposit. There are no shipping costs. You pay at pickup in the shop, by cash or card, and receive your receipt there. Online orders paid at pickup are possible up to €100.

4. Pickup

Pickup takes place at the chosen time at Schwester Kumpir, Veringstraße 27, 21107 Hamburg. Please state your pickup code. Please collect your order on time, as the food is freshly prepared for you. If an order is not collected, we may decline further online orders from you. For changes or cancellations, please contact the shop.

5. No right of withdrawal

There is no right of withdrawal for contracts for the supply of goods that are liable to deteriorate rapidly (Section 312g(2)(2) German Civil Code). This applies to freshly prepared food.

6. Allergens and warranty

Please ask in the shop before ordering for information on allergens and additives. Statutory warranty rights apply. Please report any problems at pickup if possible.

7. Contract text, language, disputes

We store the order data; you can view your order via the link to the order status page. Contract languages are German and English. We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
